I quit smoking 8 months ago and didn't think about cigarettes for a long time until about a month ago. For the past several weeks I have been thinking about cigarettes way too much. Last night I smoked a cigarette, and now I am craving another and everything reminds me of cigarettes. What should I do?

I took my son to the doctor a few days ago and the doctor said he had a viral infection and a ear infection. he had bumps all over his face and his nose was bleeding. His ears were also red inside. I don't know if his throat was sore because hes too young to tell me. My neice went with me to take him to the doctor and she forgot to mention the fact that she still had strep and she was holding son and standing close to me. The next morning my throat was hurting really bad.My throats has been hurting really bad for two days and my ears and my teeth and also my head. Today when I got up my head feels a little better and my ears a little better and also my teeth but my throat doesn't feel any better at all. Ive been gargling with salt water alot but it doesnt help. When I swallow it hurts really bad. Its hard to eat because of it. I have been drinking alot of vitamin c. I don't have insurance and can't afford to go to the doctor. Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong with me?

Ok, so for about a year I've been having chronic stomach pains. Sometimes it's stabbing, sometimes twisting, sometimes just dull aches. They never stay in one spot. Sometimes they're at the left upper side of my stomach, the middle, in one of the bottom corners, etcetera. Sometimes, while the pain is occuring, it'll actually move from one part of my stomach to another and I can feel it's transition. When these occur, I occasionally find it difficult to breathe. the usually last at least fiveminutes, sometimes longer. Does anyone know what this is or what I should do? I'll probably get some stupid answers saying that you can't diagnos someone over the internet but if anyone has any ideas on what it MIGHT be, please let me know. Thanks...

Ok, I am 5 ft 2 inches and 14 years of age, closing in on 15. I am literally the smallest boy in my class, where most boys in my class are about 5'6"-9", which is a big height diffference compared to me. I haven't hit all the solid signs of puberty yet, but my mum is pretty short at the same height as me, and my dad is fairly tall at 6'2". Am i too short? Will i grow? and if i do, will it be tall like my dad, short like my mum or just average?

Thanks for any replies in advance

Be careful

FROM

Arvind Khamitkar , I.A.S,

Dear Friends and Public,

A few weeks ago, in a movie theatre, a person felt something poking from her seat. When she got up to see what it was, she found a needle sticking out of the seat with a note attached saying "You have just been infected by HIV". The Disease Control Center (in Paris ) reports many similar events in many other cities recently. All tested needles were HIV Positive.

The Center also reports that needles have been found in cash dispensers at public banking machines. We ask everyone to use extreme caution when faced with this kind of situation. All public chairs/seats should be inspected with vigilance and caution before use. A careful visual inspection should be
enough. In addition, they ask that each of you pass this message along to all members of your family and your friends of the potential danger.

Recently, one doctor has narrated a somewhat similar instance that hppened to one of his patients at the Priya Cinema in Delhi . A young girl, engaged and about to be married in a couple of months, was pricked while the movie was going on. The tag with the needle had the message welcome to the World of HIV family". Though the doctors told her family that it takes about 6 months before the virus grows strong enough to start damaging the system and a healthy victim could survive about 5-6 years, the girl died in 4 months, perhaps more because of the "Shock thought".

We all have to be careful at public places, rest God help! Just think about saving a life by forwarding this message. Please, take a few seconds of your time to pass along.

With Regards, Arvind Khamitkar ,
I.A.S, Director of Medical & Research Div, Chennai.

Rather than forwarding irrelevant mails, kindly pass this to every one. Probably ur mail can help some save his/her life .

Her everyone. Ok, I have this pain in my left arm. I have had it for about 5 months. I was thinking it had to do with my heart, so I went to the doctor, I had my heart checked, and they said that I am normal and healthy. But I still have the pain. I was wondering if anyone out there is experiencing the same kind of thing. I am a healthy girl in her early 20's. I don't smoke, drink alcohol, take meds, or even drink coffee. I exercise daily and eat good an am not overweight. I wonder if the pain is just related to stress... could it be possible?
