im taking valium pre surgery for eye surgery, my doctor told me to take 2 5 mg pills this surgery will be done in the local office. my question is will 10 mg be good enough? i get really nervous and shake would 15 mg be ok to take? and how well will this calm me?

The dosage that the dr gave u is normal dose. U dont wanna go up to 15 mg because that might be a little high for u at once. 10 mg valium will do it, its a pretty good dose to knock u out. It will make u drowzy and put u to sleep(because is a muscle relaxer and anti-anxiety drug). Make sure not to drive when u r taking this drug.

Do what the dr says. Valium is very strong,and I guarantee that what he has ordered will put you in la la land for as long as he needs you there.
