Her everyone. Ok, I have this pain in my left arm. I have had it for about 5 months. I was thinking it had to do with my heart, so I went to the doctor, I had my heart checked, and they said that I am normal and healthy. But I still have the pain. I was wondering if anyone out there is experiencing the same kind of thing. I am a healthy girl in her early 20's. I don't smoke, drink alcohol, take meds, or even drink coffee. I exercise daily and eat good an am not overweight. I wonder if the pain is just related to stress... could it be possible?

I have never heard of anyone having this type of thing before coming onto yahoo answers. I am glad that I am not alone in this experience. It just came out of the blue, a constant pain in my left arm. I have no idea what is causing it. I am definitely going to make a doctor's appointment as soon as possible. Thank you everyone! :)

If you exercise or are involved in a lot of sports, you could have injured your left arm, and it's just taking a while to heal, since you use your arm a lot for every day things.
It's good that you had your doctor check it. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Maybe you should ask your doctor to take an x-ray, if they haven't done so yet, to make sure you didn't break a bone.
Good luck to you, and I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I was having pain in my arm as well and I went to the doctor to get my heart checked out and I am fine. I am also in my twenties. I think mine was do to stress. I had a very stressful job and then I was also stressed because I was having pain in my chest and arm. I quit my job and got rid of the stress and the pain went away.

I'm glad you checked your heart first . that was right. It could be like bursitis which is in the muscles. What I read said this is vit C defficiency. You could try capsules or rub a535 or ice gel lotion for the pain.

Is it a muscle pain? Did you injure it? Have a good chiropractor look at it.

You could be over exercising or it could be psycological as in stress.
