well, i just read that taking vitamins can hurt ur body, ur organism and i was planning on taking hair, skin, and nails vitamins. im scared, is this true?

Like i dont know whats goin on with my lips like every say2 mins i lick them and they crackle and now when they dry up and i smile it hurts i have 2 sores cause of crackled lips and ive tried every lip stuff ive got (exepy lipstick cause i dont wear that crap) and nothin helps my lips like really hurt cause of crackled lips. What should I do about my lips???

I've had bad chills all day and a headache. I've been shaky and shivering even in my sweatshirt and blanket. Is this from a cold or flu? I don't have a stuffy nose or anything like that.
My temp was 99.8 a little while ago and is now 100.9.

Darting chest pain, left elbow, and left foot pain, nagging dry cough, bloated abdomen, constant diarrhea , numbness in left thigh, hot flashes, palpitations, and light headed. I`m a normally healthy 50 year old man that exercises regularly and can`t for the life of me figure out this sudden decline in my health.

Yeah I know I need to go to the doctor but my appointment is in 3 weeks. I have some concerns. When I sweat it doesnt smell bad at all, matter of fact it smells pleasant. Yeah I wash up. I drink plenty of fluids and urinate alot. Recently I was drinking Orange juice everyday until the back of my tongue formed tiny red to pinkish bumps. They dont spread, they just sit there.

My head hurts all the time, I can only sleep in the day time, vision sometimes blur up after lifting heavy stuff. And I be tired

What is going on?

I started taking Lexapro less than a week ago. I was already having my normal spring allergies. Is it possible that side effects from my Claritin (yes I checked with my doctor) AND the Lexapro combined is why I'm feeling sooo much worse than past years? Sleepy, burning eyes, dry mouth, icky taste in mouth...scratchy throat...etc

For the past few weeks, I've occasionally felt carsick (headache, queasy stomach). Sometimes it goes away on its own, sometimes I have to go outside and get some fresh air. I feel better after being outside for a while, but when I come back inside I feel sick again. I've also been more tired than usual. Is this some sort of bug, or is it just from being cooped up all winter?

last night i had a hamburger (store bought) and after that i felt like crud! im really dizzy i have a stomach pain right under my ribs and i get head aches. When i think of hamburgers i want to puke. i woke up about 2:15 am then couldnt go back to sleep for another hour or so. My mom made me stay home from school today but it didnt help much i still feel really sick. I feel like im going to puke but it never comes out. Whats wrong with me?

Im not felling too well and my mom says its "Monday Itis" (caused by nerve for not going to school for a week - spring break) Im pretty sure I dont have it. The semptimes are

1)Vomiting
2)slight cough
3)fever
4)headache
5)stomach pain (really bad)
