For the past few weeks, I've occasionally felt carsick (headache, queasy stomach). Sometimes it goes away on its own, sometimes I have to go outside and get some fresh air. I feel better after being outside for a while, but when I come back inside I feel sick again. I've also been more tired than usual. Is this some sort of bug, or is it just from being cooped up all winter?

I'm definitely not pregnant. I've had a few people tell me it could be an inner ear problem, any reason to think this is the case?

Several possibilities come to mind.

I don't think it's an inner ear problem: Otherwise going outside would not make you feel better.

1)Do you possibly have mold growing somewhere in your house or in your heating and air conditioning ducts? That could make you feel ill- and be ill, if not taken care of.
2)Are you perhaps overheating just a bit? I've a few times gotten headaches and nausea from that.
3)Check for carbon monoxide! Now that I think of it, that's probably your most likely culprit.

Good luck!

Do you only feel like this in a certain place (in your home, at work, etc.)? It may be a mold problem. I would see a dr to rule out an inner ear problem, stomach or other organ infection first, and if these don't seem to fit, get in touch with a mold specialist from the phone book.

I have inner ear issues alot, it sounds like it could be. Whatever it is you should definitely get it checked out if its been going on this long. It could be serious.
