Anything you eat within an hour of laying down could increase heartburn and even acid reflux. Items eaten need time to travel, sit upright for an hour after eating anything so gravity can do it's job.
Perhaps try some chocolate covered strawberrys, or even a hot chocolate and a peppermint stick for that addicted craving, a liquid form may react different than a solid, but do check with your doctor first.
Otherwise I'd suggest nuts and crackers for a tasty snack, no they aren't sweet, but the texture and assortments of flavors may have you addicited to a new item that will not increase heartburn.

Don't have any snacks just before bed, because one of the causes of heartburn is eating too late. If you have to snack give yourself at least an 2 hours before bed, so you don't get heart burn. And get some antiacid tablets, like tums or Rolaids to help you get rid of the heartburn.

If heartburn is a problem I wouldn't have anything 2 hours before bed. Otherwise your askinf for trouble. My brother suffers from heartburn and eats a jar of Rolaids in about a week. His choice.

Try M&M's. They're little so you won't o.d. on sugar.
