I got hired at a restaurant (remaining nameless for now) I only worked there a day because I couldn't take how they ran things. Nobody washed their hands, and there wasn't a sink actually available that they could have gotten to.

They also gave me a hat to wear, and when I got home, I had a louse (lice) in my hair.

I've tried looking up the health department here, but there isn't anyway I can email them. I want to do this anonymously because I don't want this coming back on me.

They DO need to be reported though, so does anyone know how I can contact them via email or something?

I'm in Arkansas if that helps any

I have acid reflux pretty bad, and once and a while I throw my food up. Well tonight, there was some blood. And afterwards, even now when I go to clear my throat and spit, it's blood. Not straight blood, but it's definetly red, and it's definetly blood. It was dry heeves for a long time, then a little bit of my food came up. But then afterwards, spitting up blood. Did I rupture my throat maybe and that's why there is blood? Or do you think that this is a serious condition? I have never thrown up and then had blood come up in my spit afterwards. Am I okay??

I have a question about puberty. I got my first period when I was 10. Now, I'm 18, does that mean, I will no longer become taller or become more of a woman because I went through my puberty when I was 10 ???

My height is 5/5 ........

I was just worried about what if I look like this 15 year old girl in my 20's. That's going to be scarey.

For the past few months I have been getting diarrhea in the morning after waking up, or sever stomach pain. I am a guy, so I am obviously not pregnant. It doesn't matter if I sleep at night or nap during the day: when I wake up, it is still the same. Also, what I eat before I fall asleep doesn't affect it, because I have made a dietary log, and found no similarities in my diet. In fact, even when I don't eat, I still get it when I wake up.
It probably happens 4-5 times a week, and like I said, has been happening for about 6 months now.

I have three days off from school. I spend these three whole days in the computer, taking my exams on reviews for tests, being on yahoo answers on my break time and watching movies on my free time.

Is this bad for my health?

Poor girl, maybe there is a remedy she hasn't tried? Let's pull together to help her if we can. I promise I will pass on anything they say she hasn't tried, which is outlined in an article that says:

The 15-year-old has had blood tests, a CT scan and an MRI since the fits started Jan. 23. Drugs haven't worked. Neither has holding her breath, putting sugar under her tongue, sipping pickle juice, breathing into a paper bag and drinking from the wrong side of a glass.

And, yes, people have tried to scare them out of her.

According to the National Institutes of Health, hiccups can be triggered by anything from spicy foods to stress, and they can start for no reason at all. They're caused by involuntary contractions of the diaphragm, which causes the vocal cords to close briefly, making that distinctive sound.

Those willing to answer. What was the price range that you faced when you had this procedure done, and are there any circumstances where it can be covered by health insurance?

I sit in front of computer screen for 12hrs a day at work and wonder if that may negate the surgery.

Any information and experiences would be great. Thanks in advance.

Are there any side effects you have? If so, how bad is it?

*important Question* how long has it been since your LASIK?

How long did it take for your vision to restore to normal? Did your vision really go to 20/15 as I have read in my researches? Do it correct astigmatism? Does your eyes feel normal, like no dryness or itching or what so ever pain after the surgery? IF you have halos or double vision, how bad is it, Does it go away after a while??

Please help me with these questions, because i am Really really tired of wearing glasses and contacts, and I am really considering to get Lasik.

today i had a day off of school, so i decided to go back to bed for about an hour, and woke up absolutely drenched in sweat and had to change my clothes and it was really disgusting. is this normal? what caused it?

im generally a healthy person, with anxiety and a bit of hypochondria. i was having a bad dream about someone glueing my eyes shut (weird i know) if that has anything to do with it.

i was on amoxicilin if that had anything to do with it.
orthostatic hypotension.
and my blood sugar is usually around 70 which i think is normal.

normally im FREEZING cold, and always shaking, and use many covers, sleeping bag, 2 comforters, and a fuzzy blanket. and NEVER sweat, still cold. so i dont know why i woke up extremely hot and drenched.

I have severe chronic fatigue syndrome. It was affecting my work. I am now unemployed for the first time ever. I need to get a job very bad. But I am so fatigued that I fear missing work or not being who I used to be. Past coworkers would say that they would get tired watching me, or that I worked circles around them. I was an awesome employee. But my newest doctor that ran test, now put me on a sugar free diet for being a new diet controled diabetic. What can I do to get my energy up. HELP, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you have ideas as to what I can do to over come this chronic fatigue? I am to the point of getting depressed because of being debilitated by it. I am already taking an antidepressant. Sugesstions would be so much appriciated. THANK YOU, in advance.
