No. 12 and 13 year old girls are not mature enough, physically and mentally. Sex is a mature thing for people who are emotionally ready. 12 and 13 year old girls and boys shouldn't even be thinking about having sex, much less actually doing it.

Are you out of your mind? My mom would have KILLED me if I had even considered it at your age. Why lose your innocence so soon? Keep your youth as long as you can. You have your whole life ahead of you to make sexual mistakes. Don't do something you will regret. If the person REALLY likes you, they will hang around for a LONG time.

It's never necessary to have sex unless you want to become a mother. Believe it or not, boys will respect you more if you refuse to have sex with them. Those who don't respect you for it are not worth being involved with anyway.
