Are you watching TV or on the computer until late at night? TV and computer screens give out this blue light that makes it harder for you to sleep. I suggest that you turn off the TV and computer and try to relax at least 30 minutes before you want to go to bed. Maybe read a book or listen to slow music.

Sleeplessness is a very complex and varied condition. It could come for excess worries in life, from the type of food you eat at night for dinner, from lack of physical exercise, from conflicting medicines, from lack of melatonin production in your system (a hormone that triggers our sleeping cycle) etc.. the list goes one. If you take care of the ones above, and your problem persists, see your doctor.

don't become dependent on pills! and try to get in to bed as soon as you can until it is resolved if it isn't gone in a few days. teens go thruogh it a lot because of hormones though, don't worry!

Do you sleep alot during the day? Do you drink caffeine late in the evening? I think we need more detail, what is your normal schedule?
