I'm looking for 20 - 30 minute workout (or as long as it takes really) that works as much of the body as possible, and requires no weights . (Only exercises like pushups and situps). I found a really good one on the internet and printed it out a while ago, but I can't seem to find it. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

i eat a lot of junk food. whenever i eat something healthy (veggies) it does not taste good. sometimes it makes me feel sick. plus i hate looking at it and then i start thinking about everything gross. any advice????

I am doing a college research paper on drug/alcohol evaluations in Sociology class but cant find the answers I need anywhere. Does anyone know where or who administers them? Do they have to be certified? Also, does the evaluator make patient take drug test or is that optional? What are the steps to completing an alcohol/drug evaluation?

im in juinor high and for about 4 months i've noticed that in school im always sweating under my arm pits.It happens every single day and im sick of it!I have also noticed that this doesnt happen on weekends,or after school when im at home.Does anyone know why im sweating so much,and how i can stop it?

well i went to the doctor and they told me my uterus is all to the left side of my belly well the pain in my belly is getting worse!!!! i have an ovaryian cysts on the one ovary they can find and i know why my uterus is out of place when i had my son 17 months ago my uterus came out with my placenta and i tore two atereys sorry if i spelled that wrong. so they just shoved my uterus back in well now if my son pushes on my belly on i have gas or a full bladder my uterus hurts really bad it still hurst when i have nothing pusheing on it i am just wondering what i can do to stop or reliafe the pain and how will they have to get my uterus back in the right spot? oh when i had my son i had an emergency c-section if that helps but i scare very easy cus of my kelode skin. I recently had a Whole Body scan for a research study. It shows Area (in cm^2), BMC (in g), and BMD (in g/cm^3) for each region (i.e. L Arm, R Arm, Pelvis, etc.). It also shows % Fat for each region and in total.

I'd like to compare to a sample of the general population...while the numbers may vary greatly, I'd like to look at proportions compared to other adult males...where can I find this info?

Again, I'm asking about whole body scans on adult males.

I recieved a drug, a painkiller, while in the ER. a year ago. It made
me feel, as if I had no body, 2 male nurses helped me to the
restroom. And at one instant, I suddenly felt I had no body..I was light a feather, not even 2 lbs, did I feel. This was only for a about
4-5 seconds, real quick. What sort of Drug can make a person feel
weightless ? I have taken all sort of illegal drugs as a teen...and at
a hospital, or by perscription. I've had morphine, it made me sick.
I threw up for 2 days. I have a feeling I may have died for those
seconds....because 1 moment I was feeling my body, and the next
I'm totally weightless,..as if I am air. Then back to feeling my body
again..I just kept thinking,.."so , this is what death feels like..being in Spirit". I felt that very strongly. Can any drug cause that to
happen ? I know of many painkillers,..and I've never heard of this.
My conclusion is,...I had to have died in that instant.

I had it done 20th Jan and for a couple of weeks now there's been this white stuff coming out of it when I go to clean it and it goes kinda crusty all over the belly bar where it sticks out at the top and bottom... is that normal??? Doesn't sound it to me but I wanted to check?

my sister ate contaminated peanut butter and got salmonella. Where do we report it, because you know how people always have numbers of how many ppl got sick because of this and that? How do we alert those people so that they know she got it too and one person is added to that number of people that ate peanut butter and got sick??? thanks!!
