I recently had a Whole Body scan for a research study. It shows Area (in cm^2), BMC (in g), and BMD (in g/cm^3) for each region (i.e. L Arm, R Arm, Pelvis, etc.). It also shows % Fat for each region and in total.

I'd like to compare to a sample of the general population...while the numbers may vary greatly, I'd like to look at proportions compared to other adult males...where can I find this info?

Again, I'm asking about whole body scans on adult males.

Results from a DXA usually give a "T Score", which for an adult male should be greater than -1.0

But here is some more detailed information (probably more than you want):

Enjoy...
