You just have a cold. It'll go away. There's some candies that you suck on that are good for your sore throat, you might want to look into getting those. As for the stuffy nose, carry a kleenex.

My doctor let me take Sudafed for a stuffy nose and Tylenol for pain when I was pregnant. But I would still check with your doctor if I were you. Just to be on the safe side as it's been 12 years since I was last pregnant. :)

For the stuffy nose you can take sudafed. I don't know about the sore throat. Try hard candies.

The best thing for you to do is to try out home remedies. Please don't take any medication at this stage. Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

Call your doctor up. He/she knows your medical condition and what your allergic to and what drugs you can and can not take during this time in your pregnancy. Good Luck.

honestly, I wouldn't take anything. Would you rather be a little sick or risk the baby's health? Please, don't risk it. Doctor's advise to not take cold medicine for a reason.
