I'm looking for 20 - 30 minute workout (or as long as it takes really) that works as much of the body as possible, and requires no weights . (Only exercises like pushups and situps). I found a really good one on the internet and printed it out a while ago, but I can't seem to find it. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

Have you considered swimming? From what I understand, it works the entire body in a weightless type environment, it's great for people who have arthritis, or degenerative joint conditions or just for people who don't want to lift weights. Here's what Merck has to say about Swimming:
Swimming exercises the whole body—the legs, arms, and back—without stressing the joints and muscles. Often, swimming is recommended for people who have muscle and joint problems. Swimmers, moving at their own pace and using any stroke, can gradually work up to 30 minutes of continuous swimming. If weight loss is one of the main goals of exercise, however, swimming is not the best choice. Exercise out of water is more effective because air insulates the body, increasing body temperature and metabolism for up to 18 hours. This process burns extra calories after exercise as well as during exercise. In contrast, water conducts heat away from the body, so that body temperature does not rise and metabolism does not remain increased after swimming. Here's another link that can be helpful with Swimming:
Tips for Swimmers, Swimming Workouts and Swim Coaching @ About.Com -

For non-swimming workouts, try this site:
http://www.muchomuscle.com/ - it has some workout routines geared towards weights so steer clear of those since you don't want those. Look towards the one's that don't use weights and you should be able to find a few.
You might want to use these for search keywords at google.com and ask.com - Workout routines, sit-up routines, pushup routines and workout routines with no weights - in fact, take a look at this link from Google that used that phrase:
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=SUNA,SUNA:2006-03,SUNA:en&q=workout+routines+with+no+weights
Hope this helps! Good luck with your workouts =)
