I've been told by a friend that drinking two pints of whiskey a day will slow down the balding process.

I am talking about 2 - 3 pills each evening. How would I know if damage to my body is occuring.

(Please answer with the idea that I am inacapable of sleeping without Tylenol PM - I will deal with the addiction when I am ready. It is not as bad as it used to be...I once could not sleep without 5 a night. But for now I am curious if I should attempt to switch to an actual sleeping pill for health reasons. I will deal with the sleep issues later.)

ok, my tonsil(mainly just the left one) is really sore. its swollen too. when i looked at it in the mirror, it has whiteness on it. does anyone know a good remedy to take away this soreness??? i'll greatly appreciate it.

I'm pretty sure that I have TMJ. I have many of the symptoms: popping jaw, headaches, and just recently I could not close my jaw without having strong fits of pain run through my jaw. Should I go to the doctor, or is he going to tell me what I pretty much already know and the refer me to a dentist -- or should I go straight to a dentist?

just yesterday, i started feeling uncomfortable. i thot it was just an overnite thing... but when i woke up this morning, i still felt horrible, but i went to school anyway. the whole day i felt like throwing up.. luckily i didnt. and im always feeling cold or hot... never just rite, but i dont have a fever. when i came home i spent like.. an hr in the bathroom -_- wat can i do to make myself feel better??? if medicine, wat medicine

I'm 15 and 5'0, my mom is slightly taller than me right now, and my dad is about 6'3 or so. Is there a chance I could reach 5'3 by the time I'm 21? I really don't want to be stuck like this for the rest of my life, people think I'm about 9 or 10 right now. :(

I'm sort of wondering if any adults grew taller past this age, because my biology teacher said she has stayed her current height since she was in 8th grade! (She's really short too).

i think its insane i am only in 8 th grade and most of my peers have become addicted to it . most people like athleats drink it b4 a game as like a jump start but theese guys are drinking it water its insane . and if they get really addicted to it it can wreck their kidneys why would you do it . ????????

About 4 days ago I noticed the right side of the back of my mount, almost in my throat (near the base of the right, back side of my tongue) had become very soar…over the past few days its has been extremely uncomfortable especially when I move my tongue (so basically when I talk, eat, swallow anything, yawn, etc…) Its pretty painful, it makes it a little bit difficult to brush my teeth…I have had canker soars in the past (I don’t know whether or not this is just a bad canker soar,) and I know that this isn’t just a soar throat (its ONLY the right side, at the base of the back of my tongue, almost in my throat.) I don’t know what to do…My plan was to wait a week and see if it would just go away, otherwise go to the doctor…but has anyone else ever experienced something like this? What could this be?

It's not like Im crazy or anything, It's just that I get these weird urges to light something on fire and yell "THE ROOF THE ROOF THE ROOF IS ON FIRE": I think they are putting subliminal messages on music... because yesterday I heard the nurses listening to a song called "Burning down the houses" I dont want to burn things but I like matches, they are very pretty to look at.. I dont have much more time in the rec room, and my meds are starting to kick in... so please give me some ideas on how to escape so I can print them out before the men take me back to my room.
