5 to 6, my classes are really hard (I have to stay up really late for them) and I feel drained during the day, but I make it up on weekends, hehe.

I usually get between 5 to 6 hours of sleep. This works for me.

about 5 sometimes 6.... I also wake up many times during that time, so really I only might sleep for an hour at a time.

most average adults need about 8 hours of sleep per "night". children need more. old people maybe not as much. I think it has a lot to do with how much work your body is doing while awake - eg. children are growing and need to rest to do it, adults need to work, take care of households and families, etc, whereas older folks don't usually have as much physical activity or can't do as much anymore, so maybe they only need 4 or 6 hours per night.

i usually sleep 8 hours during the weekdays, but at the weekends, i sleep for at least +9 hours. im still young, i need my sleep!
