Last year I tango'd myself with fake tan which streaked and looked awful, this year I've decided on a couple of sunbed sessions before the christmas party. How safe or dangerous are they really?

Some files have the extension .SI - others have no extensions at all - but the file names are just a series of numbers.

Is there ANY WAY I can open these files to see the images? Do they need to be re-encoded or something?
