does smoking weed, effect the fertility of a female or male...and if so which one does it effect worse?

It effects both. Men more than women. It tends to deplete the males reproductive glands and cause long term to permanent sterility. Also kills brain cells, of which you will never get back.

yes it can affect both. it depends on the genetic makeup of the person.
Typically speaking it affects the female worse that the mail. in a survey it affected 32% more women than men.

It affects the sperm count in men, and also the speed at which sperm swim.
