A few days ago, I did some stretches and it just felt so good. So stretched yesterday, and then today.

Now I am feeling like I need constant stretching!! Today I stretched, and then I went to the computer for 30 minutes. It came to a point when I just couldn't stand it anymore, and I spread out on the floor, doing random stretching, and again, I felt so good!

Now the feeling is coming back. I have school tomarrow, and I know I can't spread out on the floor and do my strange stretches. Help pelase! Also, why do I have the strange urge to do constant stretching??

I'm a teenager, so I should be getting about 8-10 hrs. of sleep, but even when I am getting a full 10 hours of rest I still feel tired in the morning. I'm trying to become a morning person and get up at 5 am. everyday, but it's going to be difficult if I can barely wake up at 6:30...
Is there something wrong with me? How can I sleep better and feel more energized in the morning?

What is the difference between strep and a cold? Obviously I have had both in the past. I am not sure which i have. I know a lot of people around me in the past few weeks have had colds. My throat hurts but is getting better. One of my glands is still swollen. I have a runny nose and might have a low fever. Anyone?

Im 19, and just recently began noticing that occasionally, i see faint red streaks on my stools...I get scared if its blood or something, but when i went to the doctor, he assured me its nothing serious, after doing this pressure test thing on my abdomen and said everythings fine....even though my doctor said its nothing and even my dad says it too, im a bit of a hypochondriac and still worry..The stools look normal and all..normal color, normal size and shape, and im not constipated, dont have diahreaa, and never have stomach cramps or anything bad like thast....its just when i see, what looks like a normal colored stool, with a small faint splotch of red on the end where it initially came out, and sort of streaks down, very faintly though, not very noticeable unless u go to check....anyways i was just wondering if i should worry or not or if it happens to anyone else.

Does anyone know where I can order contacts online without verifying my prescription? My prescription expired two months ago and I don't want to pay for an eye exam just to get a prescription that is barely different. If I can still wear the glasses that I have had for four and half years then I can use the same prescription as last time for contacts. Thanks!!

I went to my DR with a swollen gland behind my ear. It is very painful to eat, it seems to be my salivary gland. My DR put me on meds, which caused me to break out in terrible hives. Now I am afraid to go back, but afraid to eat because of how painful it is. Has anyone had a similar experience and what did it turn out to be? Will this go away on its own? HELP!?!

My 2 year old has had some respiratory issues and have been prescribed allergy/asthma meds. Doc also suggested the flu shot as the attack symptoms appear like a cold coming on. Should we get the shot?

When I'm bored in class or something sometimes I doodle on my hands and arms with my pen. I'm wondering if this has any harmful side-effects to my health? I've heard of the ink seeping through your skin and into your blood flow, therefore causing ink poisoning. Also, are sharpies and other permanent markers safe to write with on your skin? Thanks! =)

I asked this a few days ago but I guess I wasn't too much in detail so let me try again.

I got my period on 11-25-06. Other than a couple of days it stopped, I've been bleeding since. I'm also getting cramps and severe lower back pain at times. 30 years old, not on birth control, haven't had sex for a couple of months, not pregnant, no major stress, and never had something like this happen before.
Should I be alarmed? What if it gets worse or something. I've called the gyne and I can't get in for 3 weeks.

I'v told doctor this. She said that, i will be restrained, to get it done faster, and easier. How will i be restrained ?

For the past few weeks my fingernails have been growing faster than normal. I've had to trim them almost once a week, before it was only once every month. And fingernails are supposed to grow slower in winter as well. And I'm 20, so don't say it's puberty.
