A few days ago, I did some stretches and it just felt so good. So stretched yesterday, and then today.
Now I am feeling like I need constant stretching!! Today I stretched, and then I went to the computer for 30 minutes. It came to a point when I just couldn't stand it anymore, and I spread out on the floor, doing random stretching, and again, I felt so good!
Now the feeling is coming back. I have school tomarrow, and I know I can't spread out on the floor and do my strange stretches. Help pelase! Also, why do I have the strange urge to do constant stretching??

And it isn't like I hold a pose for 10 seconds, breath deep, special poses, things like that.
I don't take yoga or anything, I will just randomly grab my ankle and stretch it to touch my head, I know it sounds wierd, but it is me!
