A few days ago, I did some stretches and it just felt so good. So stretched yesterday, and then today.

Now I am feeling like I need constant stretching!! Today I stretched, and then I went to the computer for 30 minutes. It came to a point when I just couldn't stand it anymore, and I spread out on the floor, doing random stretching, and again, I felt so good!

Now the feeling is coming back. I have school tomarrow, and I know I can't spread out on the floor and do my strange stretches. Help pelase! Also, why do I have the strange urge to do constant stretching??

And it isn't like I hold a pose for 10 seconds, breath deep, special poses, things like that.

I don't take yoga or anything, I will just randomly grab my ankle and stretch it to touch my head, I know it sounds wierd, but it is me!

constant urge because it feels so good!! I had the same problem, but it just went away.

For school tomorrow, just stretch in the morning before school, then maybe with your friends do it when your sitting in a group or something sit in a werid position.. we stretch all the time at our school. LOL werid ino. If you can do cartwheels or hand stands stretch before hand so it gives u n excuse to stretch..

This urge has only been happening for a few days
It doesn't sound like an obsessive compulsion or anything

Stretching is good for you
watch other mammals
they stretch everytime they stand up
it's good for you
it feels good

So do it when you can
and be guilt-free!
