I'm a teenager, so I should be getting about 8-10 hrs. of sleep, but even when I am getting a full 10 hours of rest I still feel tired in the morning. I'm trying to become a morning person and get up at 5 am. everyday, but it's going to be difficult if I can barely wake up at 6:30...
Is there something wrong with me? How can I sleep better and feel more energized in the morning?

I have to be up at 5 because when I get up at 6:30 I don't have enough time to get ready for school. My school starts super early. I also would like to have time to exercise in the morning.
