If what you mean is varicose veins at your scrotom, you will need to see a doctor. Read in a mag that it will affects your productivity. Currently treatment can be done by laser, which they consider non invasive..so go see a doc and keep the balls rolling...

You can go see a doctor and they will inject the veins with saline and it makes them appear lighter or go away completely. I would say not to worry about it at all though because they are your balls and no one gets that up close and personal with them to even notice the veins.
