There are wrist bands that hit a pressure point on your wrist that are supposed to help with motion sickness. I think they're called Sea Bands. Also, ginger, but make sure higher doses of it don't mess with your blood pressure or any meds you take. Natural doesn't necessarily mean safer!

Leave some soda crackers at the bedside table. Eat them first thing in the morning or when u feel nausea. Also tums work well.
