You've been eating ramen and not moving. Ramen is full of sodium which causes you to retain water. That's manifesting in your feet. You need to elevate your feet and alternately walk around. Also, cut down your sodium intake as much as possible for the next few days.

It could quite possibly be from the sodium in the ramen, as well as the fact that you're sitting inactive at the computer, which can cause blood to pool in your feet, making them swell. Try getting up and walking around, or elevating your feet, and see if this helps. Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of liquids.

Inactivity can cause your feet to swell. Exercise is a good thing. Try going outside and walking around while waiving your arms up and down. That should help.

rahmen tends to have a lot of sodium... that may cause you to bloat. sitting at your computer also tends to concentrate the bloating toward the lowest part of your body -- the feet, presumably.
consider getting up and taking a walk and drinking lots of water... and eating something nutritious... like fruit.

You need to get up from the computer. Your feet are probably swollen from poor circulation from not moving.

More than likely, the extended sitting has caused this, smash your computer, and get on with a healthy life !
