Well...it all comes to willpower at the end: question yourself how you would feel if you flunked the exam or how much you want to pass the exam? If you really want to pass, that should give you the willpower to study the materials as best as you possibly can. There's not much you can do; just put your best efforts in it...

1) Read aloud in your room when you are studying. That'll keep you awake.

2) Condense each chapter into main points on a placard

3) Predict the likely questions that the examiner might ask. Then try answering the questions with all the references from the textbook and one additional reference book

4) Try figuring out if you are more mentally alert at night or during the day. You mentioned coffee. Maybe you might be more mentally alert during the day.

5) Do you learn better with some light music? Do you learn better with an accompanying light snack? Do you learn better with more discussion with friends? You need to find out what gets you motivated.

6) Don't do a last-minute mad dash. Revise at least 2 hours each day.
