If you don't have a thermometer problem, it could be the Swine Flu. There have been several people who have reported a low body temperature with it. I wouldn't be too concerned unless your temperature slipped below 95 degrees. At that point, it begins to get dangerous. 95 degrees and above is okay. I think it is your bodies way of fighting the virus and your temperature could go up above normal at any time while fighting the flu also. By the way, using a Neti Pot would really help your congested sinuses. And one rumor says putting some onion under your armpits raises your temperature but I don't know how true that is. LOL Personally, I'd just eat some spicy food... maybe some hot chili...

It much more likely that your thermometer is out of calibration for one reason or another. No one ever said they had to all be accurate.
If the house is 68 degrees, your house is officially "Cold" and you would expect to need a fleecy throw or an extra pair of socks.
If your body temp were really that low, you would be in danger of hypothermia, which would prevent you being alert and coherent using your computer.
If you still think it is that low, I'd suggest calling your doctor or visiting the local evening clinic...

Please go to the emergency room or a clinic if you think your temperature is really 92.6 degrees. If so, your kidneys or other vital organs could be shutting down. My son was still coherent, but had become dehydrated from food poisoning and was actually cold to the touch. By the time he got to the hospital they couldn't even get his blood pressure to register, and he had to be on an IV for two days; he easily could have died. So please get another thermometer to check, or go to the emergency room if you're feeling sick.

My temperature is 92.8 and I am not deathly ill. Nor is my thermometer broken. I don't feel well, I will say that. My doctor has failed me by ignoring symptoms, so here I am, sick with no m.d. to help me.

dont confuse with ur skin temp with ur core temp-inside the body. skin temp may be low if u r in cold climate thats what u feel cold.but ur inside body anyhow maintain body tem around normal thats what u feel shivering.....muscle activities generate much needed heat.body operate its own defence mechanism.....

My temp has always been below normal. 98.6 is just a guideline, it is not a given.

That's hypothermia. I don't think you'd be very well at all.
