There is still the emotional bond people share, and although sensations are absent, it's up to a couple whether or not they still go through the motions. I imagine sex can still be possible, just not the physical sensation part of the "feelings"

Sun is absolutely right. Once a person is determined clinically paralyzed, they have no feeling whatsoever beyond the point of paralyzation. Their bodily functions have no control either, and most are often catherized to collect the urine. A few patients that I took care of also had a colostomy bag (its an opening in the lower stomach with a bag placed over it) for their fecal matter, or they wear adult diapers.

it is difficult to do sex and feel.when u are paralyzed from the waist

I am afraid that they can not feel a thing.
They have to be catherized too cause they cant use the bathroom on their own.

Sometimes they can still have sex, but I doubt they can feel it.
