My friend had her belly button pierced about 5 yrs ago and after she took the peircing out it- she tells me it has never been the same. A strange smell and or liquid comes out of it. Gross.

My aunt has had lung problems for a long time. But few days she was hospitalised and now she is on oxygen day n night n has been adviced to use it atleast for 24*7...she feels really irritated when not on oxygen.

What is this actually?is the person able to lead his/her life normallr or not?

I read in my nursing book that an obgyn nurse was held liable (of course she would have) pushing a baby back in the woman's vagina, as the baby was being born (the woman delievered at term). Why would anyone do this? I'm thinking, maybe the doctor wasn't there and she wanted to prolong the birth?

anyway, the baby did not die but sustained horrific brain injuries.

two weeks ago I went for a check up by this doctor and he was a little to touchy I did not want to accused him wrongly. two days ago I want back for my results and this drity doctor told me that "I am afraid of sex. and that I am sexually and psychologically stress and he can help me with it". So I told him F**k off toke my results and left?

I was giving him the medication while bending over (cause he was in a wheelchair). My back was hurting, and as I got up to straighten my back, the patient pushed the medication inside his veins himself (super fast). I was shocked and I told him that he wasn't supposed to do that and he said "I don't get the rush from it if you don't do it fast". But he can have serious health effects b/c of that. I explained it to him. If something did happen to him, can I be held liable?

In this day an age everyone seems to be suing their doctor for the stupidist things.

I have a minor bump on my lip from an accident at age 2 that took 10 stitches. The doctor swore before repairment that I'd have a crooked mouth but it ended up being normal. I heard that nowadays people would sue their doctor over that. (I seriously think that doctor's highly underpaid)

Some doctors are now so afraid of being sued that they won't do risky but necessary procedures because they're afraid of law suits. My friend's son needs a tumor removed on a vital part of his brain but no doctor is willing to operate because they're afraid of being sued if the kid dies.

Do you think they're should be a law that creates a barrier on where a patient can sue his/her doctor? if yes, where should that barrier be?
