I chipped a tiny bit of my front tooth from chewing on the ends of pens or years. What if I ignore it?

It really isn't noticeable. But what happens if I leave it the way it is?

There is not much you can do, if your nerve is not exposed it should be okay. If a dentist tried to fill it you would probably have more problems because it is hard to adhere the material of the filling to the smooth surface of a front tooth.

Nothing if you don't have pain now and the root isn't exposed you will be fine.
