Does anyone feel sick after taking naps? This isnt something that worries me too much, because I dont take naps that often, but when I do I always feel sick afterwards. I am completely fine when i go to sleep at night and get a full nights rest, its only when i get tired in the middle of the day and fall asleep. I took a nap today and I woke up an hour or so later and I felt like I was going to puke. This was around noon, and now its 9:30pm and I still dont feel well.

I looked up information online about it and the only thing i can find about these symtoms are people on medications and I am not taking anything. Just wondering if anyone else had this..and if there is anything you can do?

a friend of mine has started lying to me a lot- he told me that he couldn't pick me up from the airport becasue he had small pox.. i asked q&a users about the disease and apparently it's been gone since the 70s. he just text messaged me and asked for 2,000.00 for a dr visit. my neighbor says it sounds like a meth addiction.

My husband and I always laughed at my sleep walking episodes. But one night I actually walked down stairs, grabbed my keys off of the key rack and tried to walk out of the house. Good thing the door was locked and I couldn't open it.. and my husband was still awake watching TV. I don't even want to think about what would have happened if the wasn't awake. I never have any memory of sleep walking at all. This really scared me, any suggestions?

I'm reluctant to share this but, i have to unload this burden. Ask for a miracle. She is Verga Jamisola Wasil supposedly scheduled for cataract operation last Oct. 6. Financially, all is well on her hospital visits, but ,during her last visit to the hospital her healthcare membership was cancelled due to her age, she just turned 65 last Sept. 22, we didn't know that its the company policy and they didn't warned us to do something on her membership. My problem is that her operation costs 20K in pesos. Can't afford that amount right now and she is very eager to have the operation coz right now, her right eye totally cant see. The left eye has cataract too and it will have its operation also. If she wait untill i can secure the amount, it will be too late for her. I hope not. My immediate relatives dont have the means. Does anybody know FREE cataract operation in Cagayan de Oro City, Phillipines ? This is where we live right now. Text this number to help me.+639179785260. Tnx

another thing that my daughter said that i did not have room to write awhile ago.
we were at the store one day when my daughter 'who at this time was 4 years old' said "that man was in the hospital" I turned to see who she was talking about and there was a man that I knew who had been in the hospital for surgury about a month earlier . my daughter had never met this man ,and she's never been with me anytime I had spoken to him. and we were not at the hospital around the same time he was.

I spend a lot of time on the computer, and generally don't turn on a light if I'm on the computer into the evening. Some people I know, however, insist that staring at a computer screen in a darkened room is unhealthy. That's the first I've ever heard of something like that. I prefer darkness, but I'd like to know if my health is at risk because of it.

when my daughter was 5 months old my next door neighbor who was an older lady died. nobody moved into her house but occasionally her son would come over and cut the grass.
one day when my daughter was two she was driving her tricycle down the street beside me as we past the house were the old lady died she looked at me and said "mommy where's that lady"
I said "waht lady?'
She said "the lady that lived in that house. she used to sit on the step all the time" I was kinda freaked out .
another time when i was coming down the stairs at my house were me and my daughter were the only ones home she said to me when i reached the bottom of the stairs. "who's that mommy"
I said who's who She said who's that that come down the stairs behind you.
there have been other things she has said that also fresked me out.

This is a rather odd thing for me and it's sort of strange so I have never asked anyone in person. Anyways, since I was young, whenever I get a very squeemish feeling the muscles begin to tighten and almost have a painful sensation in my anus. I know that sounds strange- but is this odd or unusual? Any idea on why it occours? I assume it has something to do with me feeling the pain of others- but why in this seemingly strange fashion? It rarely occours to me anymore as I don't find as many things repulsive, but sometimes just seeing a broken arm/leg or something will start it. Anything?
