breathe, and try to look at things from a larger viewpoint. Whatever is pissing you off right now probably isn't very important on a larger scale. Your day won't be ruined if somebody left a shopping cart in your parking spot, and if someone acts like a prick to you, you'll probably have completely forgotten in an hour or so, so why get all worked up about it?

Some people have less control over themselves than others. If you are talking to someone and he or she is getting on your nerves, then try to understand why he/she is thinking that way. Always keep in mind that we are all different, so don't expect others to think the same way you do. If you can't get people to understand your point of view then you must accept the fact that we cannot always achieve what we want, just go round it and learn from it. And. Imagine you wake one day and everything seems to be go wrong; cellphone not working; Internet not working; received a phone bill and noticed your provider overcharged you, well I suppose that would be quite irritating. What i would do in this situation, is to say to myself there are worst things happening to other people at this very moment, and i should consider myself lucky with those little hurdles of life. And finally ask yourself if that will matter tomorrow or in the future?

i always lose my temper sometimes over the littlest things..but i found meditating is a good way to help cool you down. i heard its a very effective way to calm your nerves and just to relax..then after i calm down i go and take a warm bath..this also cools down my system.

take deep breaths, count slowly to 10 or 20 depending on how angry u are. or my favorite, image yourself punching the person (or thing) in the face but dont actually do it.

Calm down and relax. You just need a bit more patience with things, even if they are frustrating.

try saying a little prayer. to take your mind off of what's bending you momentarily.
