It sounds like she has a minor bacterial or fungal infection which can be cleared up by using a good antibacterial soap and applying tea tree oil (it kills staph, strep, e.coli, bacteria, fungus, viruses, candida or yeast and has many other healing properties)
after washing well, dab the area with the tea tree oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia) and apply triple anibiotic ointment to the area 3-4 times daily (the whole regimine of washing, oil, and ointment).
This should clear up any underlying infection or bacteria causing the smell and if it is a fungal problem, it will stop that too. Staph lives on all of our skin and does not become a problem until it becomes infected, so be sure to wash the area well and leave it exposed to the air (no bandage or tight clothing in that area).

Let me know if that clears it up!
Be well.

Sounds like an infection. Wash it with soapy water and put an antibiotic ointment on it twice a day for a week. If it's not better, get to a doctor.

your body gets rid of toxins that way. perhaps a full body cleanse is needed to clear your glands. Listen to your body now, do not wait until you are completely blocked up.

INFECTION. Tell her to go see a doctor immediately. He's probably going to put her on antibiotics.
