i have bi weekly contact lens, but i'm not going to sch(exam leave) so i dont need to wear them . so if it says 14 days, can i wear it for a day , then keep it for like 5 days then wear it then i'll still have 13 wears ?

I sprained my left ankle around 11:30 this morning. I was in a Volleyball game and I fell. It went comepletely 180 degrees towards my other foot. It started swellin instantly. How long will it take for the swelling to go down?

I have an extremely swollen eyelid only on one eye. It is red and puffy all the way up to my brow and underneath my eye. My eye itself is fine but the lid is so swollen I can barely open my eye. What could this be?? Any dry remedies to use that are not liquid or creams? Any idea if it is virus or allergy related? Any names of possible eye conditons would help that I could diagnose myself with.

I'm scared of taking a this capsule, its big, and i haven't been use to swallow things like that.

I grew up being terrified of my dad. There was verbal, emotional, and physical abuse. From the earliest times, I remember being told, that I was worthless. I was told that I would never make it on my own, because I was too stupid. The hittings, and beatings never stopped. I forgave, and forgave, and forgave. But, now, years later. My veiw of people are , I dont know, kind of hard, maybe. But, I cant trust people, I dont believe in people, but, its not that I choose to be this way. I feel I was raised to be who I am now. I dont think it's totally fair that people, seem to think I am this way, because I want to be. Will I ever get past these demons?

Can anyone tell me what kind of cholestrol and maybe the percentages is in eggs? is it HDL which is good cholesterol, LDL which is bad cholestrol, or Triglycerides. This makes me curious cause with every egg you eat you get 213 mg of cholesterol thats over 70% of your daily value and the american heart association recommends you have 3-4 each week. So if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated :o)

r side, If I brush my hair on the right I have to brush the left, If I take off one shoe and put it back on I have to take off the other and put it back on, If my teacher erases the board and leaves a spot it bugs me soooo bad. And there are so many more things!! Why am I like this??

since i moved in with my fiance after 1 year of college and had a baby i've found that i've gotten really lazy. that right now i have no motivation to do anything. that since i moved away from all my friends i have no life. i think its that i have no life that i have no motivation. what can help me become motivated even to accomplish the little tasks like laundry and dishes without dragging my feet so i can try doing bigger things or find a way to join things. please help. i have no motivation.
