Maybe you could try setting some goals and begin doing things again that you used to enjoy doing. You just simply need to change your habits. Instead of waking up in the morning and turning on the tv (or whatever you do) get up and go for a walk, or throw in a load of laundry. Slowly, you will find yourself being happy with the progress you made during your day, which will hopefully motivate you to do more.

The key is to make yourself happy and incorporate things you enjoy doing with things that you dislike doing. IE: for every task you complete, you can watch one tv program. Also you can volunteer or get involved with some outside activity. This will help you to get out and become involved in the community, meet new friends and also improve your mood. Good Luck!

You have a new baby! No one has motivation after a new baby arrives. You and your fiance both need to take a little time for your selves.Let her take a day to go out with her girlfriends, maybe once a week.It gives her something to look forward too and to escape for a little while. You do the same.Take a day and do something you like.It will ease the stress on both of you and when the baby gets a little older it will be easier to get motivated. Also keep trying to make time together.I know it's hard but it will help your relationship.Even if it's a few minutes while baby is napping.Good Luck!!

You answered your own question almost. tyhanks for the help
Find something you enjoy and do it no matter what others say.
You may have to try several things or even take some part time jobs that you never thought of. Take an evening class in the community college. Your fiance may have his own interests and not be able to understand yours. You have to do yhis yourself. Mybe when you go to classes or job you will meet friends that interest you.

ummm your fiance should be your best friend....don't you go on dates, have fun???...try getting into a good church, get motivated at the thought that you have been blessed with life. At least you have laundry to wash, dishes to eat on and a place to live.....many do not. Many live in fear of getting brutally raped and torchered...daily...Umm you are blessed mama...get it together.
