Do you have really bad dreams that you fear might be a warning of things to come or am I just being silly, I am frightened to sleep now, I am tired out. I lay on my bed and as soon as I feel myself relaxing I sit straight up and then get up and find something to do, please put my mind at ease, I need sleep.

OKay, I posted Saturday night about having pain on the right side of my abdomen in the middle and going down lower and you all pretty much confirmed my suspicions I thought Appendicitis too. But, with that once the pain starts it gets increasingly worse. This pain stayed bad all night and then all day Sunday[yesturday], then at 6:00 p.m. it just stopped hurting so I thought I was fine. Then at about 10:00 it started hurting again and hurt until 8 this morning and now it's not really bothering me it's just sensitive. So should I still ask the doctor about this or is this just no big deal?

Why is it that the closer I get to getting home, the more intense the need to go to the bathroom? It's like my bladder gets all excited on the way home to the point where I'm fumbling with the key trying to get into the house. Why is that? 5 minutes before, I barely had to go, and I'm sure it's only because I just reached home. If I was stuck in traffic or stopped off somewhere before going home, I don't have the same need to go, but whenever I come home it's like my bladder knows it.
I've mentioned this to a few people and they all said that it often happens to them too. Anyone else? And does anyone know why? (I don't).

My throat is sore and my nose / forehead area and ears hurt a little. Other than that, I feel perfect! My question is, if I'm taking care of myself (not going out, gargling with salt water, resting, drinking fluids, etc.) how long should it take for the sore throat to go away (on average)? When is it safe to return to my old routine (exercising, working, going out, etc.)

I am really annoyed. I just called in sick to my employer with bronchitits(they just opened for the day98). I am a good worker and everything. They were very nasty to me. I even have a docjer

I just posted a question about how to deal with 'severe constipation' and received conflicting suggestions about bananas (some say avoid them, some say eat two a day!). I also had someone tell me to avoid yogurt, but I hear it's great for keeping everything running smoothly in the digestive tract. Anyone know for sure? Thanks!

There used to be a website called RandyLarson.com that had a section for people who wanted to get ACLS certification to study various cardiac rhythm strips and learn how to interpret them. It was free and you could study at your own pace. Unfortunately, it is no longer available. Does anyone know if there is a similar website that offers this?

A couple of years ago I was having terrible pains in my lower tummy (like where the appendix is, but on the left), so I saw my doctor. My stomach was sticking out like I was 6 months pregnant, and he said it seemed to be all gas! I had x-rays and ultra-sounds done and the diagnosis was 'severe constipation'. I eat healthy (hardly any red meat and basically no junk), exercise regularly, drink heaps of water, don't smoke or drink... so what's the problem? I'm asking because I'm having pains again and my stomach is huge! If anyone knows of a health reason (I'm pretty sure I'm lactose intolerant, so that's not it, as I avoid dairy products) or can tell me what I should or shouldn't be eating, I'd really appreciate it! THANKS!!!
PS: Laxatives, prunes, etc work for a bit, but then it all happens again

I've read somewhere that while we are asleep, little creatures like spiders crawl into our mouth (they are after pulse and warmth) and we end up eating them. Is that true? I woke up the other day and my eye was really red and had mucusy stuff around it. I don't think its pink eye because it feels fine. not puffy not itchy just pink. its only when i wake up the mucus was around it. its only been like that for a day HELP!!!
