my bofriends dad use to give him some antibiotic for fish at the pet store.but isthere something else?

Just use lemon alone or lemon + honey: prepare a simple solution with water and then drink it.

I dont' know about antibiotics for fish, but if you are looking for others, then tea tree oil and oil of oregano are good choices for people.
