For those who belief in it, it may have. But actually those healing properties must not be adjoined to the water, but to the belief.
I believe that God can cure me from any disease, if he wants to, without needing any water.

it is proclaimed to have healing benefits for those of us who believe in divine intervention, if you have no belief or faith then it doesnt matter what you do or where you go,
