I have 6 very distinct bruises on my bottom that I need to fade as soon as possible. Does anyone know of a cream or treatment that will make them disappear more quickly?

Arnica gel/cream is the best thing that you can use to help bruises get better and fade. All good chemists should sell it. If you can't get hold of any then try massaging an aloe vera moisture cream into it.

You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.
You can check this method based on a scientific researches :

if glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision” program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things!
I'm sure that you will not regret your decision

Arnica has been mentioned to death, it does work but a cream called LASONIL works much faster- within 36 hours, it has the consistancy of vaseline . Also strange as it sounds massaging the area is really effective, but it makes the bruise go very dark very quickly. LASONIL is the best bet, you can get it from the chemists in a tube.

Good luck

Theres a brilliant cream made by bayer, im not sure of the name but its something like Hepr____
Its a skin absorbed anti coagulant so actually breaks up the blood clotting beneath the skin (which is basically what a bruse is). Literally put it on and the bruise will be gone the next day.

Nip to your local Holland & Barret (or similar herbal rem store) ask for some 'Arnica', it's very good and comes in little tasty pill drops. I used it before and after an operation, as i bruise really easily and take ages to heal from them. I also use Arnica on my horses after competitions, they never get sore from bruising now :-)

I use a lotion called 'Wild Tiger'. It's red and you rub it on and it makes bruises fade more quickly. It's also good for aches & pains.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/73ed3
