Do you have really bad dreams that you fear might be a warning of things to come or am I just being silly, I am frightened to sleep now, I am tired out. I lay on my bed and as soon as I feel myself relaxing I sit straight up and then get up and find something to do, please put my mind at ease, I need sleep.

Bad dreams are our concern for the problems we have on our mind. The brain is still active while you sleep. It just churns things round that are bothering you during the day.If you are a sensitive soul, your nature will pick up on these things and search for an answer while you are asleep. It is usually while you are fighting for an answer in your sleep that dreams can wake you up because of their intensity. They can also be a sign that your state of mind is overworked-maybe due to stress, etc. Go and have a talk with your doctor to see what advice they can offer to alliviate your situation.

i agree with bimble, the only things we can foresee are the obvious ie put your hand in a fire you will get burnt. dreams are a way that your mind sorts itself out during sleep at the same time as your body is rejuvinating, they are natural and occur during a phase of sleep where rapid eye movement occurs. if your dreams have a constant theme it is likely something your sub conscious has picked up during your daily life (remember we dont know what nine tenths of the brain does.)
many hospitals study sleep patterns and it may be worth you contacting the local sleep clinic, not only may yours be the sort of unusual case that can help their studies but they will be far more qualified to put your mind at ease than us on here.
whilst i dont personally believe in psychics i do have an open mind and so you may find books that interpret dreams can help. i hope you manage to get some decent sleep soon

I've read a few dream dictionaries. Almost all of them say that nightmares are a sign that something important is going to come to you, this could be good or bad, depending on what happens in your dream. Usually dreams of dying or seeing people die is a sign or new life or a new way or thinking.
So go get some rest and see what happens in your dream, in nightmares what you see is normally the opposite of what it means.
Hope this helps.

Explain your dream to someone. Often dreams will explain a lot about what is really bothering you or your fears. Stress or eating before going to bed can cause nightmares. If your taking a new medication they can cause nightmares too.

You create your own dreams, so don't worry that they're predicting anything. You must be worried about something. Try to sort out what your fears are, this can often make the dreams go away. Don't get up.

I have never had a bad experience related to a dream or night mare and I have had enough dreams in my life.

There is nothing to support reality with dreams although some would like to think there was

This may sound weird, but dreams normally mean the opposite in real life. eg...a death in a dream means a birth in real life. Dreams are your subconcious minds' way of putting things in order and sorting your head out to face life the next day. Please don't fear your dreams....they are only natural. Hope you sleep well soon *smile*

i dont. i the bad dreams i have or normally something that i havent dealt with thats why im dreaming about it. or something that gets under my skin.

sometimes what i do is think about something anything, like your ideal situation, on vacation, bubble bath anything. since that is fresh on you mind you have no room to worry bout the bad. you will be so tired when you get to sleep I normally sleep all night like this. good luck

Dreams are not prophetic. However they tend to reflect some internal conflict. Don't take them at face value, but try to see a more indirect message in them.
