Hello, I am noticing that I am having a very serious reaction to warm tempertures. This is a relatively new thing that has been happening. First I start to get all sweaty, then my skin becomes visably red and dry. I get headaces and become very thirsty. Things get worse and worse as it gets warmer. Eventually, I can barely survive once it gets to about 300 degrees Farenheit. What can I do? I'm worried!

I'm 5 0" and i just turned thirteen. I'm shorter than most everybody and so is my mom. If parents have to do anything with it then my mom is 4"10 and my dad is about 5 6" or 7" and I already had my growth spur.

I'm in college, and at about the midpoint of the semester I get really stressed (like a lot of students) and I deal with less sleep with coffee and/or soda. It's definitely affecting me negatively in numerous ways. Ideas on how to kick the caffeine back a little?

What could be the cause of ...
this burning sensation. Seems to be stress related. My mom's friend has it. She's 78 and has been through many losses/stress. It starts at the waist and goes up through the torso to the shoulders and upper arms. She says is feels like 2nd degree burns but gives no heat. Two people have died of cerebral hemorrhages in her family. I think it is caused from nerves...anyone ever hear of such a thing? Her primary care physician has no answer. Help, she is desperate and says it is dibilitaging. Thanks.

It is NOT shingles, there are no blisters or skin rashes...it is not dermatological in nature. It comes from within.

I've been having this problem for about a week, and it's getting annoying now. I've been having a weird urge to do a long blink (about 2 seconds, then I open them wide) or 'zoom out' by opening my eyes wide. Sometimes I have to look away for a small amount of time, usually to the sides. I've been reading and going on the computer for longer and for longer amounts at a time, but I've been doing that ever since school started in early september (right after labor day). I have vision slightly better than 20/20, so I don't wear glasses or contacts. Is this whole thing just a new weird habit, or some kind of medical condition. Either way, how can I stop it? Thanks in advance for the help.

Just curious, if you ask medical questions on here, do you take the advice from the people on the web, or do you contact your doctor for advice? And, if you do just take the advice of the people, do you look up your symptoms on a site like webmd?

I went to a haunted adventure place....they had a room that 5 of us went through that was made of mirrors. I have no idea how long we were walking around in it, maybe 10 minutes....but we were just walking, and all of a sudden i felt like i had "woke" up. I kept saying to the others, "Does this feel like a dream to you guys?" They didn't know what i was talking about...It was the weirdest feeling..and kinda scary. Even when i got out of the maze i felt like i was half unconscious. I'm not sure what happened...maybe it had to do with the strobe lights...
Can anyone give me a medical answer of why this happened to me?
It was scary.
