I have 6xx degrees on my eyes. is there anyway to lower it?

What is that negative(short sighted) or positive(far sighted)? No amount of vitamin A can lower your grades, but if your eyes are still growing, your eye ball may still be changing in grades, so have laser eye surgery around 18-21. Contact lenses is very irritating and drys up fast, though I wear them I much prefer glasses or laser eye surgery if I could afford it.

If u are talking about seeing better, there is a method called the see clearly method that claims to help u see better with daily exercises for your eyes.
