This has happened to me for several years on and off. I found out a few years back that I am anemic (low iron). Since taking Feosol everday. I have not experienced this. It sounds like you're anemic as well but check with your doctor. They can tell you if you are simply by doing a blood test.

The same thin without headache happened to me.
Doc said teenagers get blood pooled in calf of legs and when the get up quickly the blood takes time to like get to hte head.
So to stop this rub the points below the inner knees like the fleshy portion and then get up.

Get the Doctor to check your blood pressure. This happens sometimes if you stand up too quickly.
