I'm 5 0" and i just turned thirteen. I'm shorter than most everybody and so is my mom. If parents have to do anything with it then my mom is 4"10 and my dad is about 5 6" or 7" and I already had my growth spur.

try the easy, inexpensive natural treatment I recommend here. In fact, I just read this yesterday. Before then, I did not know there was anything that helped growth.

See my answer here (long one towards the end).

Also milk is not good as the high protein causes one to excrete calcium which is needed for growth (It is actually correlated with causing rather than preventing osteoporosis). This treatment works positively on calcium levels and how it is processed.

Even if it doesn't help, it has multiple health benefits, especially if taken with raw honey. Good luck!

For males, growth usually ends around 21. For females, it is usually around 18, or so I have heard. From your parents' heights and your current height, you will reach 5'3" at most, which is a decent height. That is the height of the average American woman.

You can have more than one growth sput. Most people grow until late teens (that's why surgeons don't like operating on a person's back until they're at LEAST 18 yrs old).

I reached my top height around 15 yrs, sophomore year in high school.

samm's got it. at about 21 your body stops producing the (for lack of medical knowledge) "growth stuff" (which will also help heal internal organs faster like your lungs etc.). but it is different for every person. i haven't grown at all since 8th grade. most girls have already had their growth spurt by that time and are done with getting taller. again, it is different for every person. the crumby thing is - most boys haven't had their growth spurt yet! chances are you will not get any taller - and if by chance you do it will barely be noticeable, especially since you stated you already had your growth spurt.
(but don't worry about it, for some reason a lot of guys like shorter girls - it was hard for me to find a date at just shy of 5'9")

Well I would say that by 21 you will have reached full height. At thirteen you are most likely not through with your grown spurt!!
