try a honey and lemon drink, squeeze a fresh lemon, fill mug with hot water, crush 2 paracetamols, stir it all together, and sip it. you can add sugar if it is too sharp.

Forget over the counter cough syrups, try hot water, freshly squeezed lemon and honey. If you sip it at bedtime it should get you through the night without coughing, it's so much better than the chemical rubbish in Linctus'.

If you boil some water and fill a glass 3/4 full adding tablespoons of glycerine, lemon juice(freshly squeezed if possible) and honey stirring well. Sip this delicious drink very slowly putting it by your bed-covered of course. This should help.

Im alternating betwee pholcodiene linctus,and allens pine and honey balsam
I used to like codiene linctus,but it got banned about 10 years ago.
Stopped the cough,let you sleep

i think benylin cough mediene is the absolutely the best or try hot water with honey or lemon hope it helps
