I've been having this problem for about a week, and it's getting annoying now. I've been having a weird urge to do a long blink (about 2 seconds, then I open them wide) or 'zoom out' by opening my eyes wide. Sometimes I have to look away for a small amount of time, usually to the sides. I've been reading and going on the computer for longer and for longer amounts at a time, but I've been doing that ever since school started in early september (right after labor day). I have vision slightly better than 20/20, so I don't wear glasses or contacts. Is this whole thing just a new weird habit, or some kind of medical condition. Either way, how can I stop it? Thanks in advance for the help.

Yeah, I'm spending less time doing stuff now, and thankfully it's not hurting, just getting a weird tingle.

Sounds like you spend too much time on your computer you need to see an optician to get your sight checked

If you are on the computer in the dark ( i am) it takes time for your eyes to re-adjust to more light or the darkness. some allergies also effect eyes, and this is the time of year for allergies.
