I've heard health guru's say that you should drink a certain amount of PURE water each day, but I'm curious why plain water is any different than the water in something like tea? Ok, hear me out here:
I drink 8 oz. of pure water, or
I drink 10 oz. of tea (2 oz. of tea/honey content and 8 oz. of water.)
So in the scenario above, how is the 8 oz. of pure water any different than the 8 oz. of water from the tea? Sure, my kidneys need to filter the tea out of the water, but all the same, am I still not benefiting just the same from that 8 oz. of water? After kidney filtering, is the 8 oz. of water from the tea any different than the 8 oz. of pure water?
This might be an obvious answer, so go easy, ok? I'm just curious...
