today i had lots of work at office so i could not manage to eat any thing , in the evening i ate few snacks and took one glass of milk but my energy is not restoring, this is not the first time , during last two years hunger has become a toment for me, i can not bear hunger even for few minutes, now what should i do?
what sort of diet i should take?
any exercise in your experience?

Try self-control. That or weight loss.

It sounds like you have a busy schedule. Maybe you can find time to see a nutritionist, and set up a menu/diet plan for yourself. It's not healthy to just eat all your meals in the evening, it's no wonder you have no energy! Also, maybe to be on the safe side, have yourself tested for diabetes and/or hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is the opposite of diabetes, meaning that your blood sugar is too low, but if not treated, it can lead to diabetes because instead of eating the proper things, which most of us never have time to do, you snack on sugary snacks for a quick pick me up.

You should talk to your doctor about taking some vietems if your not eating properly at least your body can get the right nutrition how about protein bars or shakes on the go.

u should have a good sex normal i will do that and it help me
