You need to balance your work life a bit better! Quick fix - go to the bathroom with your mobile phone, set the alarm for 10 - 15 minutes, seat down - sit down as comfortable as you can (side ways with your knees on the wall and back on the opposite side can help and shut your eyes! Just 10 minutes of shutting your eyes and resting can help! After the 10 minutes wash your hands in really cold water (on the wrists as well) dry off and hold on the face to wake up! If any one asks where you have been you can say you have an upset stomach - you have to time it to not draw attention to yourself. In your lunch time you should find a nice safe place to catch 20 - 30 minutes cat-nap!.

Tell your boss that you're ill and need to go home early. Then get a couple of hours sleep before going to the pub tonight.
Try the same again at the pub and get an early night.
You'll feel a lot better tomorrow.

well do you have your own office/or cubicle? I would just say pretend you are reading or something and if u can sit up and sleep, you are good to go.
also i know how you feel, I fall asleep on my 15 min breaks, and 30 min lunches at work, but i ve always woken up in time. Last week i fell asleep, and an hour later my boss comes out to my car to look for me, and had to pound on the glass cause i had my radio on to wake me up. Needless to say i was very embarrassed, but hey at least i wasnt slobbering! :)

haha that reminds me of me.. do what i did but without the drinking.. but then ur in a pub, drink so they send you home.. well what i did was got drunk last sat stayed up all night getting off with a guy i know and had 20 mins sleep and had to go work for a 10hr shift drinking red bull ( free advertising lol) and taking pro plus every hour or so lol i didnt fall asleep once, i nearly collapsed twice but didnt fall asleep lol.. im a legend!!

If you are mainly on your own in your office job all you do is go to sleep on the floor next to your desk, if someone comes in and finds you they will assume you've passed out and start calling to you, at this point you wake up and act panicked as though you've fainted and don't know what happened!!! Trust me it works!!

Go sleep in the bathroom for awhile. Don't work so much. It ain't worth it. Make yourself sick and you will not be able to work at all.

just sleep while sitting and when your're awaken by your Boss , do a sign of the cross and say Amen that way you are not caught sleeping but that you're praying

Sleep sitting up. Then if anyone comes along and notices and wakes you. Just say "amen". They will think you have been praying.

Pop to the loo. Set your phone on alarm vibrate. Pop yourself up and have twenty minute snooze. Will help. Any longer and you will feel worse.haha Good luck.
