I've always heard there is a 1 in 6 chance of their not working. So, that would be 85% or so chance they worked correctly. If it was me, I would just wait a few more days, but if you're worried, take a pregnancy test. Being late isn't that abnormal, though, most women are once in a while....
For the future, I would just use spermacide with the condom, or choose a form of B/C that's more reliable. Those rings they just came out with that you change once a month look pretty interesting, beats trying to remember to take a pill every day.

Condoms are not 100% with or without spermicide. Yes they can and have failed many times. Go down to the women medical center and get a test done.

ok, first lemme clear up some things condoms are suppossed to be 98.% effective (read the labels guys, you can also check the coperate websites) second if the condom broke than obviously the protection it offered is void. anyway if your period is late, the best thing to do would be to go to your gynecologist and get a pregnancy test
