Athlete's Foot. Go down and get some Tinactin and follow the directions. That will stop the itch.

This is normally a sign of worms. The eggs are layed at night and stick to the anus wall. A good parasite cleanse in necessary. The eggs have a 2 week life cycle. So will have to continue the course of medication for a month. I use the ecoclear from red23 at www.red23.co.uk

I have a liver disease called PBC and when my liver enzymes are not normal my feet itch and the palm of my hands do to. Maybe you should have this checked?

It could be they are tight. Exercise should help that. If it is skin related, it may be athlete's foot. Antifungal ointment can help that.
