it is IMPOSSIBLE to conceive (NATURALLY) if u have your tubes removed!
You can, however, be artificially inseminated (meaning that semen will be places into you uterus through a tube or watever)
Removing your tubes (Fallopian tubes) basically means taking away the ROAD that the egg travels from your Fallopian sacs to your uterus

Well it's a little too late now seeing that your tube been removed. They usually don't remove tubes unless there is a medical problem. Most of the time they just tie them. Now if your tubes are tied your can still conceive but you have to go to a fertility clinic and under go some medical procedure so you can conceive.

you mean a ligation? As in, you still have all the anatomy, but it's been surgically fixed? ACtually it doesn't really matter, because either way, whether a hysterectomy or a tubal ligation, both are permanent.
Now that said, there have been reports that having them reversed CAN work. But the success rate is very, very, very low. So the easy answer to the question is no, you can't conceive.
